Over the last 10+ years I've helped SaaS products scale from a single app into multi-product platforms, building the shared systems, performance foundations, and AI-assisted workflows that let teams move faster without breaking things.

My first exposure to an industry domain: HVAC manufacturing and field service, seen through the lens of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Client: Carrier, one of the world's largest HVAC manufacturers.
- Built the Service Console used by technicians to triage, assign, and track field service cases.
- Configured case management, entitlements, and SLA-driven workflows to speed up technician dispatch.
- Lifted service productivity by 60% for the client's US field service operations.
Oil & Gas
Flutura Decision Science & Analytics · 2017 – 2019
Two years living in upstream oil & gas — enough to go from drilling plans to the rig floor to producing wells.
- Covered both pre-production (well planning, drilling) and production (live monitoring) scenarios.
- Built real-time rig health and sensor monitoring dashboards on a Gartner-rated IIoT analytics platform.
- Client: Patterson-UTI Energy, one of the largest land drilling contractors in the US, among other operators.
- Learned the vocabulary of the rig: drilling parameters, rig equipment health, and well production data.
Process Mining & Work Graph

Six years going deep on process mining — how enterprise work actually flows across people, apps, and systems.
- Worked on Work Graph, SOROCO's process-mining engine for reconstructing real end-to-end work patterns.
- Built JSON-driven dashboards and reusable components for automation and document-processing products.
- Progressed from IC engineer to leading the UI Framework team and an in-house design system.
- Shipped a multi-modal chat interface and the company website alongside core product work.
US Trucking Compliance

Current focus: the regulatory and operational world of US trucking, from the paperwork to the trucks themselves.
- Filings: IFTA (fuel tax reporting), MCS-150 (motor carrier registration), UCR, and Form 2290 (HVUT).
- Deep familiarity with fleet and vehicle operations — classifications, mileage, and interstate compliance rules.
